All Sales Are FinalAll sales of digital metalworking plans, blueprints, and digital documentation are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.Once an order is placed, our system automatically processes payment and delivers the digital files via email or direct download link. Because a digital file cannot be physically returned or wiped from a buyer's local storage device, we cannot offer any cash refunds, order cancellations, or product exchanges after payment is complete.2. Chargeback and Fraud ProtectionBy completing your purchase on our website, you explicitly agree to these final-sale terms and acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.Any fraudulent or unauthorized dispute filings (chargebacks) claiming "item not as described" or "unauthorized purchase" will be aggressively contested. We submit full delivery logs—including checkout timestamp tracking, server download receipts, IP addresses, and email delivery confirmations provided by our e-commerce platform—to credit card issuers and payment processors as definitive proof of product delivery.3. Exceptional CircumstancesWe only review refund or replacement requests under the following two strict conditions:Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same blueprint file twice in the same transaction, contact our support garage within 24 hours with your invoice numbers, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.Corrupted Files: If a download file is corrupted or won't open due to a system error, contact us immediately. If we cannot fix the file or provide a working alternative download link within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.4. Need Assistance?If you have technical difficulties opening your metalworking files, or if your download link expires before you can save the PDF to your desktop, do not file a dispute. Please contact our workshop support team directly. We are happy to manually reset your download links and help you get your project started.
