4. TMG cannot be held liable for the quality of finished plans bought from this site.

5. All products are sold in .pdf format and are therefore not refundable.

6. You are granted two attempts to download the

.pdf file from the link within the designated time.

7. Failure to download within the time frame will automatically void the purchase. You can contact us if the link is broken so that we may investigate.

8. TMG does not charge royalties for any builds and you may build as many toys as you wish from a purchased plan from our website.

9. You may not under any circumstances copy, resell or make public the plans purchased from TMG as this remains the intellectual property of Toy Maker's Garage.
